Service Animals Allowed?
Service/Guide/Hearing Dogs:
Bison Baseball provides equal access and reasonable accommodation to individuals with disabilities. As such, recognized service/guide/hearing dogs are allowed into Sahlen Field to accompany their owners for Buffalo Bisons home games. Service dogs are subject to the same 'carry-in' policy as other fans - being allowed one 20oz factory-sealed bottle of water and one single-serving clear plastic sandwich bag for food- and we ask that they do not block stairs/aisles while the game is in progress. While no documentation is required, all service dogs must have the proper licensing, registration and vaccinations requirements, and owners are solely responsible for the care and supervision of their services dogs. A service dog may be excluded from Sahlen Field if its behavior poses a direct threat to the health or safety of other patrons/staff. Although Sahlen Field may exclude any service dog that is out of control, the owner will have the option of continuing to enjoy the game without having the service dog on premises. Please note, as per the Federal ADA and NY Civil Rights law, 'therapy' or 'emotional support animals' are not included in the definition of 'services dogs' and it is considered a felony to pass a pet off as a service animal.
